Turning Prospects to Donors – The Power of Real-Time Data

The KlearSky database management team recently worked with Lyric Opera of Chicago fundraising staff to create and implement a widget that tells them when any patron marked as “donor prospect” has an interaction (ticket purchase, biographical information change etc.) with the organization.

The widget, which was featured in the Tessitura Innovator’s Series , allows the Lyric Opera of Chicago to find more opportunities for interactions that will elevate the patron’s experience with the organization and convert these patrons from prospects to donors.
