KlearSky developed a cutting edge solution, D2T, to sync the DCM lead management system, Encore, with the performing arts industry leading Tessitura CRM system.  Our custom direct sales module simultaneously updates both Tessitura and Encore databases, reducing the chance for data entry errors and significantly decreasing the effort of keeping the data in sync across all platforms. The D2T module allows sales reps to see real-time data, effectively follow-up on leads and keep diligent records for accurate reporting and analysis.
